Hi, I'm Emmett
I’m here and unapologetically queer. My pronouns are they/them/theirs.
My photography journey started young, borrowing an old Nikon Coolpix from my father, and I've never really put it down since. In 2017, I stepped into professional photography and committed fully to documenting people as they actually are, not how the world tells them to be.
My work centers truth, intimacy, and resistance. I photograph styled portraits, weddings, and engagement sessions for people who want to be seen fully and without compromise. Especially queer folks, who deserve to exist in front of the camera without explanation or apology.
When I’m not working with clients, I use my camera to document local actions and revolutionary struggle. My work is shaped by the belief that photography is not neutral. It can bear witness, honor resistance, and help tell the stories that power tries to erase.
